From Vine To Table

Your experience begins with a guided walk through the vineyards, where you will discover the story behind our land, our vines, and the philosophy that shapes our wines. As you stroll among the rows of grapevines, our team will introduce you to the cultivation methods we follow, explaining how the climate, soil, and careful vineyard management influence the character of each grape variety. This relaxed walk through the vineyard offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscape, feel the warmth of the Mediterranean sun, and understand the journey that every bottle of wine begins with.

After exploring the vineyards, we make our way to the outdoor bar area, where an in-depth wine tasting experience awaits. Here you will sample a selection of our wines while learning more about the oenological techniques we use in the winery. Our team will guide you through the aromas, flavors, and unique qualities of each wine, sharing insights into fermentation, aging, and the careful decisions that shape the final result. It’s an interactive and engaging moment where questions are always welcome and every glass tells a story.

With your senses awakened by the wines, it’s time to move on to the culinary part of the experience. You will be invited to participate in a relaxed and enjoyable cooking lesson where we prepare traditional Greek dishes together. Participation is optional, but most guests find it to be one of the most fun and memorable parts of the experience. Using fresh local ingredients, you will learn simple techniques and recipes that reflect the authentic flavors of Greek cuisine.
Finally, the experience concludes in our restaurant area, beautifully positioned to overlook the vineyards you explored earlier. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a carefully prepared multi-course tapas-style meal. In Greece we call these small plates mezedes, a tradition that celebrates sharing, variety, and the joy of tasting many flavors in one meal. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with our wines, allowing you to continue discovering how food and wine complement each other.
This experience brings together the vineyard, the winery, and the kitchen, creating a complete journey through the flavors, traditions, and hospitality of Greek culture — truly taking you from vine to table.
