Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service date, as well as non-arrivals or no-shows, will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
